The Building & Parking...
I'm a sole proprietor renting a studio room within Manor Gate Salon located at 248 Charlotte Street in Asheville, NC.
My space is not shared with any other practitioners.
In addition to myself, there are 3 talented hair stylists at Manor Gate Salon operating their own businesses. When you come in for a massage or Reiki session, there may be the sounds of a hair salon in operation. I have nice white noise and music available to help provide a calm, relaxing space.
Parking
There are 4 parallel parking spaces out front along the street that are for 1 hour parking. It seems that the time limit is not enforced, so parking here longer seems OK.

There are 3 dedicated spaces across the street marked with Manor Gate Salon signs. To the left of these spaces, past the Computer Store spaces, there are 1-2 additional unmarked spaces available.
​There is additional parking in the lot marked Albemarle Office Building. Once you pass all the designated spaces, look immediately right for the Blue Albemarle Office Sign. Take the immediate sharp right onto the driveway and down into the lot.

There is also street parking along both sides of Edwin Place with a short walk to Manor Gate Salon.
